Special Meeting: • Pass Ordinance discussed in meeting regarding changing Menan City Code 5-1-8(b) to update the fee required to reinstate sewer service after disruption for delinquency of payment. Current fee per code 5-1-8(b) is $200.00, the change to code in the proposed ordinance would be to set the fee in the City Fee Schedule to reflect the cost of the equipment and labor to shut the service off and then reconnect. -Action MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EXCEPT FOR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS.
