Conditional Use Permit – Farm Stand
Notice is hereby given that the Menan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Alysha Anderson to operate a farm stand sales location at 654 N 3500 E, Menan, Idaho. The subject property is zoned Village District (mixed use) Farm stands are allowed with a conditional use permit in the Village District Zone.
The proposed Conditional Use Permit includes the following conditions:
• Submission of a parking plan
• Submission of a lighting plan
• A letter of authorization from the property owner
• A listing of proposed hours of operation
• Letters from Eastern Idaho Public Health confirming compliance with applicable local health regulations
All required materials have been submitted by the applicant and are on file with the City of Menan.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, beginning at or around 7:00 p.m., before the Menan Planning and Zoning Commission, at the Menan City Building, located at 664 N 3530 E, Menan, Idaho.
At the hearing, interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to the application. Written comments may also be submitted to the City prior to the hearing.
