Menan P&Z will hold a Public Hearing August 27, 2026 at 7:00pm to receive public comment regarding the proposed updated Comprehensive Plan.

CITY OF MENAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning and Zoning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Menan City Office Building, 664 N. 3530 E., Menan, Idaho. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed **2026–2046 City of Menan Comprehensive Plan**. The draft Comprehensive Plan has been prepared by the Planning and Zoning Commission over the past year and a half and is intended to provide long-range goals, policies, and guidance for the future growth, development, and preservation of the City of Menan. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide testimony. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing or delivered at the hearing. Following public testimony, the Planning and Zoning Commission may continue the hearing to a future date, modify the draft Comprehensive Plan, and make a recommendation to the Menan City Council regarding adoption of the plan. A copy of the draft Comprehensive Plan is available for public review at the Menan City Office during regular business hours and on the City's website prior to the hearing.
