The Menan City Clerk can schedule all events on the Community Hall calendar. See the fees on the City Information page on this website. An email to the Clerk/Treasurer acknowledging reading and agreeing to the lease agreement will suffice with payment submitted to the City office. Once payment is received, you will be given a code to the key box located at the City office building. Keys must be returned to the keybox promptly.
