NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: The Menan City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026, for the purpose of discussing the possible Ordinance change in the City of Menan Code 5-1-8 (b), to update the fee required to reinstate sewer service after disruption for delinquency of payment. Current fee per 5-1-8 (B) is $200.00, the proposed adjusted fee would be $2000.00 to cover the cost the City of Menan spends to disrupt sewer service for delinquency of payment.
