PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Menan, Idaho, hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held as follows: Date: Thursday, June 27, 2024 Time: 7:00 PM Location: Menan City Office, 664 North 3535 East, Menan, Idaho 83434 Subject: Application for a 30 Lot Subdivision by Ensign Homes The purpose of this hearing is to take public comment on an application submitted by Ensign Homes for the development of a 36-lot subdivision. The proposed subdivision will encompass approximately 24 acres located on the west side of N 3500 E, from approximately 600 through 700 North.. All interested people are invited to attend the hearing and present their views. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing.
