NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the following Hearings will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Menan City Building, 664 North 3530 East, Menan, Idaho: Sept. 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. the Menan Planning and Zoning will hold a Public Hearing to review and recommend on the proposed Area of Impact Agreement between the City of Menan and Jefferson County, Idaho. . Upon the recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission, on Sept. 27, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. the Menan City Council will hold a Public Hearing also to review and address the proposed Area of Impact Agreement between the City of Menan And Jefferson County, Idaho. Purpose of Public Hearing: The purpose of this Hearing is review, discuss, recommend, and possibly approve the proposed Area of Impact Agreement between the City of Menan, Idaho, and Jefferson County, Idaho. All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing. Written testimony may be sent to the City of Menan, PO Box 127, Menan, Idaho, 83434.
