NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the following Hearings will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Menan City Building, 664 North 3530 East, Menan, Idaho:
Aug. 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. the Menan Planning and Zoning will hold a Public Hearing in Regards to Defining, Designating, and Classifying Roads in Menan
. Upon the recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission, on
Aug. 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. the Menan City Council will hold a Public Hearing also in
Relation to Defining, Designating, and Classifying Roads in Menan
Purpose of Public Hearing: The purpose of this Hearing is to define, designate, and classify the existing roads in the City of Menan.
All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing. Written testimony may be sent to the
City of Menan, PO Box 127, Menan, Idaho, 83434. Written testimony must be received no later than
Nov. 2, 2022. Written testimony received after this date will not be entered into the record or read at the public hearing.

Relation to Requiring a minimum Frontage on any Land/Lot Development
Purpose of Public Hearing: The purpose of this Hearing is to require any future land or lot development within the City of Menan have a minimum frontage of 100 feet.
All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing. Written testimony may be sent to the
