TITLE 5 PUBLIC UTILITIES AND PROPERTY
CHAPTER 4 PARKS AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES
SECTION 5-4-10 RENTAL FEE
The City Council is empowered to set a rental fee, which fee may be altered by resolution of the Menan City Council. The initial rental fee shall be set in the amount of $50.00, which amount shall be paid in advance and in a form acceptable to the Menan City Council. Unless otherwise set by resolution, the minimum amount shall be $50.00. The City council is authorized to provide different fees by resolution for different classes of events as such is reasonably necessary.
